Lesley Osborn is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Dr. Osborn is also a prehospital physician, specializing in aeromedical care of critically ill and injured patients. She began her clinical and research career at Memorial Hermann – TMC / University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston as the Medical Director of Memorial Hermann Life Flight, which is where she served during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Her research has focused on prehospital whole blood resuscitation along with improvement in prehospital systems of care (trauma, STEMI, stroke). Dr. Osborn also currently serves as a Major in the USAF and the Medical Director for the 308th Pararescue Squadron at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida.
