Jessica Kolterman is a native Nebraskan who brought 20 years of political and governmental relations experience to Lincoln Premium Poultry, Costco’s poultry company, when she was hired as their 2nd team member in 2016.  She currently serves as the Director of Administration for the organization, overseeing Human Resources, Training & Development, Governmental Relations, Communications, Community Engagement, and grower support, as well as supporting the safety and health teams and many operational programs.  In her continued service to her community and state, Jessica serves on her local City Council in Seward Nebraska, co-leads her community’s nationally recognized 4th of July celebration, and is involved in over a dozen organizations, boards, and commissions in Nebraska.  Considered a “mom” to the 1200 team members at her company, she also has a birthdaughter Teresa Wilson, who attends the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
